People arriving with trauma need a softer landing

Rental prices have skyrocketed. New refugees do not have the credit score, job history or references to get into housing. If the resettlement agency they are sent to has no housing, they have few options. Besides opening up apartments near other South Africans in locations around the country(which is happening now), we wish to have a safety net home they can go to, especially if they are in an unsafe area of a city.

Our tiny non-profit has made a big impact so far with guidance and precise information since the Refugee Program for South Africans was announced. We will continue the hard work, our Board and our Team that grow day-by-day, to improve the outcome of resettlement in America.
